The Spa Business Coach was founded by Erin MacNeil — a spa industry veteran with over 20 years of experience at every level of the business, from receptionist to International Spa Director at Rosewood Hotels globally.
Erin built TSBC because she saw a gap no one was filling: med spa owners and estheticians with incredible skills and real ambition, but without the financial literacy, operational systems, or business mentorship to turn their passion into the business they deserved to have.
Her vision from the start was never to build a business around a single person — but to build a team and a system strong enough to serve clients at the highest level, independently and sustainably.

Erin is an international public speaker, mentor, and spa financial specialist. Her career took her from entry-level spa work to directing wellness operations for Rosewood Hotels across Bermuda, Beijing, and Hong Kong, and onto global stages at Cosmoprof Asia and beyond. She has been featured in Vogue HK, Spa Business Magazine, SalonEVO, and SpaChina.
But the reason she built this company is personal. Erin didn’t grow up with much. She watched her mother navigate real financial hardship — and that shaped everything about how and why she coaches. She wanted to be, for her clients, the person she needed growing up.
