The Why Behind It All
Erin knows what it feels like to grow up believing life could disappear underneath you at any moment without warning…
After losing her mother to domestic violence at a young age, Erin learned early what instability, fear, and financial struggle felt like. There was no roadmap, no safety net, and no one teaching her how to build wealth, confidence, or security as a woman.
So she figured it out herself….
Spending just over two decades inside the spa industry, starting as a receptionist, the. aesthetician and working her way through nearly every level of the business, eventually leading luxury spa operations internationally for brands like Rosewood Hotels, she has worked across five countries.
But what changed her most wasn’t the success.
It was realizing how many talented women in this industry were still living in survival mode.
Burnt out. Undercharging. Afraid of their numbers. Building businesses they technically owned, but still didn’t truly feel free inside of.
That became Erin’s mission.
Today, through The Spa Business Coach, she helps med spa owners and injectors build profitable businesses rooted in leadership, financial literacy, confidence, and long-term freedom, because she believes every woman deserves to build a life, income, and future that nobody can take away from her.
